“zoo oologist” / the only German word with 4 identical characters in a row
I was not able to find any human being who states this monstrosity of a term as a job description on their LinkedIn page. However, zoo oologists are probably not just made up for some spelling fun, but are a real thing. After all, large zoos employ people with dozens of different professions. When you have a zoo keeper, a zoo gardener, a zoo doctor, a zoo director and whatnot, there might be someone employed at your zoo who is a specialist for bird eggs—making him your zoo oologist?
As you might know, these kind of compound terms are usually spelled together in German (Zoodirektor, Zoodoktor…). So if there is an egg aficionado working somewhere at a zoo, Zoooologe is a perfectly legitimate spelling for this guy’s job description.
Sadly though, this seems to be the only sensible option to fit 4 successive identical characters into one word. That’s because there is no German word known that starts with ee, ii or uu. There are some words with a double “a” at the beginning, like Aas (“carrion“) or Aal (“eel“), but none ending with it. If you want to be totally crazy however, you could take the word Aa, which is children’s speech for “poop,“ and put it before Aal, thus creating a “poop eel”(Aaaal).
